
Greater Area Comfort Chamber of Commerce is
hosting "Saturday in the Park" on September 18th 2010!
Last Saturday of Summer Celebration.
Lots of music, dancing, vendors, huge raffle, tons of prizes.
Part of proceeds to go to our local food bank sponsored through
Stagecoach Ministries. Everyone is
invited to join us at the park for a full day of fun and folic.
We will be raffling several great prizes including:

Take a tour of the hill country wines in a limo coach! A $180.00
value!

Band will be playing from 6:30-10:30pm Bring your dancing shoes!
Hot Dogs, Popcorn, Homemade Ice Cream, Sausage, Beer Wine, lots of
other great food and shopping with over 30 vendors presenting
their best crafts and arts for the coming holiday season.
Event starts at Noon and goes well into the night.
Vendors wishing to sign up below will be served on a first come,
first serve basis. Spaces are going fast!
Admission Cost for Dance $12.00 or $10.00 + food bank item

Booth Size is 10x10 Spaces may be
rented in multiples of 10x10 - $25.00 per booth, Food booth $50.00
The undersigned releases and holds harmless Greater Area Comfort
Chamber and Comfort Park and any of its associated organizations
both public and private and waives all rights without limit upon
liability for use of their property and facilities. The
undersigned agrees that Greater Area Comfort Chamber of Commerce may
use any promotional material or volunteers submitted for publicizing
the Saturday in the Park Event. The undersigned also agrees
that any and all photographs taken at the event may be used in any
way by the Greater Area Comfort Chamber of Commerce.

1. Deadline for application:
Postmarked no later than
September 3, 2010. After Deadline call for availability
2. Some Items are exclusive.
No more than 2 vendors with like items (some exclusions do apply)
First come first serve.
3. There will be a $25.00 charge
for returned checks.
4. Vendors may begin setup at 10a.m
on Saturday
September 18th, 2010
5. We do our best to arrange
vendors in the most advantageous positions. DO NOT ASK TO
MOVE.
6. All vehicles, except
motorcycles or those authorized, must be out of the park area by
11pm Saturday September 18th 2010
7. Booth sizes are 10x10. If
you need a larger area to accommodate a larger trailer, you must
purchase additional space. No exceptions.
8. Tables, chairs, tens and any
other accoutrements are the sole responsibility of the vendor,
Outlets for Electricity is available in some areas or you may bring
a quiet generator.
9. Each vendor is responsible for
his or her own sales tax requirements.
10. Vendors must not give away or
sell any items not previously agreed upon.
11. Vendors must keep their area
neat and clean and must dispose of all trash before they leave.
12Vendors may have personal
coolers, but they must be kept out of public view.
13. Booths must be clearly and
neatly marked with signage listing the items for sale with prices.
14. All food booths must be
covered by a roof. Tent or awning
15. All food booths are charged a
$5.00 health permit fee and will be inspected. Health permits
must be signed and displayed.
16. Drug paraphernalia may not be
sold or distributed.
